In addition, Connecticut State Elections Enforcement Commission (SEEC) requires us to collect certain personal information from those making contributions to candidate committees that are registered with site.

 

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Credit Card Information: We securely transmit your credit card information to our payment processor, and do not store this information. We also request your phone number, email address, residence address when you contribute so that we can reach you should further verification of your credit card information be required.

Contribution information:  Contributions made through the site will be shared with the committee that the contribution is made to. These include the dates, amounts, and can include any other information which you have provided.

In the event DayCampaign.com is involved in merger, acquisition, reorganization, or a sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. The promises in this Policy will apply to your information as transferred to the new organization.

DayCampaign.com is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party web sites that a registered client uses with DayCampaign.com’s assistance.

 

Minors (age Under 12)

DayCampaign.com does not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifying information from children under the age of 12. If you become aware that your child has provided DayCampaign.com with personal information without your consent, please contact us at admin@DayCampaign.com. If we become aware that a child under 12 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to remove such information and terminate the child’s account.
